What kind of product do you sell and what can I expect when I receive my order?
What kind of wood is used to build the frames?
The majority of our frames are built using both hard and soft WHAD grade 5/4" kiln dried Maple surfaced to 1-1/8". Maple is a widely used hardwood for the framing industry and provides ample strength and durability.
What kind of construction is used to build the frames?
Do you build custom furniture frames and how do I go about ordering a custom frame?
Yes. The majority of our business is building custom frames. Just simply send us a sketch, drawing or picture and we'll do the rest. We can even modify and change most of our frame styles to fit your desired needs.
Do you do any upholstery work?
No. All upholstery work is the responsibility of the end consumer. We do not do any upholstery work.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
How do you ship?
All Knocked Down (KD) and small assembled orders ship via UPS.

Can you provide me with upholsterer references in my area if I so choose?
Yes. Over the years, we have developed strong working relationships with upholsterers throughout the United States. If you need a reference to an upholsterer in your area, please feel free to ask.
Do you sell directly to the end consumer or only interior designers, upholsterers, and tradespeople?
We will sell to anyone, designers, upholsterers, retailers, home owners, business owners, and more. Please keep in mind though, when you are purchasing from Dimension Furniture Frame, you are purchasing a bare frame. Arrangement for all upholstery work is your responsibility.
